I handle all aspects of domestic gas work, including the following:

☑ Boiler Repairs

I find and fix faults, to get your heating and hot water working again. I always aim to repair instead of replace where possible. I only recommend a replacement if a boiler is unsafe, genuinely beyond economical repair, or no longer meets current standards. My Heating Repairs page has more information about boiler repairs.

☑ Gas Appliance Servicing

I service boilers, fires and cookers to keep them working safely and efficiently. During a service, I check key components, clean parts where needed, and look for early signs of problems so they can be fixed before they turn into bigger issues. ☑ Gas Safety Checks

I carry out full gas safety checks for homeowners, landlords and letting agents. Landlords must have a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate every 12 months to meet legal requirements. I work directly with landlords and property managers to make the process easy, and keep the properties compliant.

☑ Boiler Upgrades & Installations

If your boiler’s getting old or breaking down often, it might be time for a replacement. I fit new, energy-efficient boilers from trusted brands. I can help you choose and install a new one that’s right for your home. You can learn more on my New Boilers and Installations page.

☑ Radiator Repairs & Replacements

I repair, balance, flush or replace radiators so your heating system works at its best. Whether it’s a leaking radiator, a cold spot, or an old radiator that’s no longer effective, I can fix problems and replace radiators. I can also flush your central heating system to remove sludge and improve performance, helping your boiler and radiators work at their best. I service, install or disconnect gas fires safely to Gas Safe standards. Whether you want to install a new gas fire for extra warmth, replace an existing one, or remove a fire to free up space in your room, I can handle it safely and professionally.

☑ Gas Cookers

I install, replace or disconnect gas cookers safely, making sure everything is tested and ready to use. Many homeowners prefer gas cookers for precise temperature control, fast heating and reliability. Whether you have a full gas range, a single gas hob, or are replacing an older appliance, I can do the work safely, giving you peace of mind that your cooker meets Gas Safe standards.

☑ Smart Heating & Home Controls

I can install and set up smart thermostats and heating controls such as Hive, Nest and Tado. These systems help you manage your heating more efficiently and save on energy use. As a Gas Safe registered engineer, I can safely connect and integrate smart controls with your boiler and central heating system.

I’m qualified to handle all approved domestic gas work under my Gas Safe registration.

Plumbing Services

As well as gas work, I offer a full range of plumbing services. I can handle all plumbing jobs, from fixing leaks and clearing blockages to installing new bathrooms and outdoor taps. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger installation, I make sure everything is done to a high standard and with minimal disruption.

I fix dripping or leaking taps to save water and prevent damage to your fixtures or surfaces. I can fix those annoying faulty taps quickly, whether it’s a kitchen, bathroom, utility room or outdoor tap.

☑ Taps Replaced

I supply and fit new taps for kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Many people choose new taps to update the look of a room, or switch to handles that are easier to use. If your old taps are worn out, leaking or difficult to use, I can replace them with something reliable and practical. I make sure your new taps are fitted neatly, tested properly, and ready to use straight away.

☑ Toilet Repairs

I fix toilets that won’t flush, and replace worn parts to keep your toilet working properly. A faulty toilet is a real inconvenience for your family, so I aim to repair it quickly and with minimal disruption.

☑ Showers

A new shower can make everyday routines quicker and more convenient for busy households. I install and repair both electric and mixer showers to suit your needs.

☑ Outside Tap Installation

I supply and fit outdoor taps for gardens, garages or driveways. If your home doesn’t already have one, adding an outdoor tap is a simple upgrade that makes everyday jobs like gardening, washing the car or cleaning outdoor areas much easier. I can install it neatly and safely to suit your home.

☑ Blocked Sinks

I clear blocked sinks quickly, so water drains normally again. A blocked sink is a nuisance, but it’s usually straightforward to fix. I can find the cause and get everything working properly again with a quick visit.
